Apco’s latest addition to its range of gliders It has been long awaited and almost a year was spent on its development. Apco needed this time to make sure that the KARMA will be perfect and are confident that it will satisfy even the most demanding pilots.

Apco's ongoing research and development program combined with 30 years of experience in designing wings has shown which design developments can allow for substantial increases in both performance and safety – these were fully implemented in KARMA.

KARMA out-performs many DHV 1-2 gliders while maintaining DHV 1 security at all speeds. Best of all, the handling is simply excellent, whether on the ground during launch, or thermalling up, racing through the sky and climbing with complete confidence in the strongest and tightest of thermals.

EDGE

shares the principles and design approach common to traditional APCO harnesses. EDGE will appeal to pilots who prefer a classic harness with stylish design, total comfort, maximum security and loads of extras. It does not incorporate any hard elements such as lexan plate, allowing reduction in volume, weight and insuring trouble-free long-lasting service (no plates or elements easily broken or requiring careful handling).
EDGE options include redesigned airfoam protector – which we believe has better absorption qualities than former airfoam protector.

FINESSE PLUS 2006

As its name suggests, the FINESSE PLUS is an evolution from our previous model of Finesse.
The harness has been completely redesigned, only the webbing system and emergency parachute compartment are unchanged to allow for the harness to continue carrying DHV certification (Finesse holds DHV certification).

The main body and back pocket have been completely redesigned and dressed in an attractive color design.

The harness has lost it's heavy lexan plate and is now much lighter and less bulky, but with the same pack volume. It also has a much smaller side profile for reduced drag.
